SKS Ship Ltd EGM approves name change as SKS Logistics Ltd

SKS Ship Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 09, 2007 have unanimously passed the resolution to change the name of the Company from "SKS (SHIP) LTD" to "SKS LOGISTICS LTD" and consequential amendments in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
