Amrutanjan Board to consider interim dividend

Amrutanjan Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2006 and to Consider declaration of Interim Dividend to the members for the financial year 2006-2007.
