Kirloskar Oil Board to consider interim dividend

Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 17, 2007, inter alia, for taking on record un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2006 and to consider the declaration of interim dividend.
