Hazoor Media Board Meeting on Jan 16, 2007 for allotment of bonus shares

Hazoor Media & Power Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the allotment of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1 Equity Share of Rs 4/- each against every 1 existing Equity Share of Rs 4/- each fully paid up to the holders of existing equity shares of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company on the Book Closure Date determined for the purpose.
