Aurionpro Solutions Updates on merger of Aurionpro Services Pvt Ltd

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has announced that subject to approval by the High court of Judicature at Mumbai and any other requisite approvals, once the merger between the Company and Aurionpro Services Pvt Ltd (the promoter Company), becomes effective, there will be no further issue of shares leading to dilution of Equity of the Company, pursuant to the scheme of merger and amalgamation.
