Indo Rama Textiles Updates on the Scheme of Amalgamation

Indo Rama Textiles Ltd has announced that Hon'ble High Court, Delhi has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation filled by the Company under section 391 read with section 394 of the Companies Act 1956 for amalgamation of the Company with Spentex Industries Ltd (SIL). Pursuant to scheme of amalgamation the appointed date is April 01, 2006 and accordingly the entire business and whole of undertaking of the Company shall be merged with the Spentex Industries Ltd.
