Nanta Tech Enters into an Exclusive Manufacturing MoU with Aimtron Technologies to Scale Robotics Manufacturing

Nanta Tech Limited, an integrated technology solutions company engaged in service robotics, Audio-Visual (AV) integration, software and Al solutions, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aimtron Technologies Private Limited, a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, for the contract manufacturing of robotic products under Nanta's Allbotix brand.

Under the proposed collaboration, Nanta Tech Limited and Aimtron Technologies will jointly undertake the design and development of robotic products, leveraging their respective expertise in robotics innovation and electronics manufacturing. Aimtron Technologies will subsequently manufacture, assemble and test these products in accordance with jointly approved engineering specifications, designs and quality standards. This collaboration is expected to strengthen Nanta's manufacturing ecosystem, accelerate product development and enable efficient scaling of its growing robotics business.

The parties currently anticipate manufacturing orders with an indicative aggregate value of approximately 310 crore over a period of 15 months, subject to individual purchase orders and mutually agreed commercial terms. This indicative value represents the expected business potential under the proposed collaboration and actual order volumes will depend upon future purchase orders issued by Nanta Tech.

As part of the arrangement, Nanta Tech will continue to retain ownership of all product designs, engineering drawings, firmware, software, source code, know-how, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property related to the products. Aimtron Technologies will manufacture the products exclusively for Nanta and will operate strictly in accordance with the Company's approved technical specifications and quality requirements.

The collaboration has been structured to provide Nanta with an asset-light and scalable manufacturing model, enabling the Company to accelerate commercialization of its Allbotix service robotics portfolio while maintaining flexibility to engage additional manufacturing partners as business requirements evolve. The MoU also provides for the parties to negotiate and execute a definitive Manufacturing & Supply Agreement covering detailed commercial, pricing, quality, warranty and delivery terms.
