Signature Global Pre-Sales Surge 25% Sequentially to ₹19.7 Billion in Q1 FY27

Leading real estate developer Signature Global (India) Limited has released its provisional operational updates for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026-27, ended June 30, 2026. The company commenced the new fiscal year on a strong note, posting solid sequential growth in pre-sales driven by premium project positioning and expanding pricing realizations in the national capital region.

Pre-Sales Momentum and Premium Realization Gains

Signature Global registered consolidated pre-sales of ₹19.7 billion during Q1 FY27. This marks a strong 25% quarter-on-quarter growth over the ₹15.7 billion recorded in the preceding quarter (Q4 FY26). The volume performance involved the sale of 226 units, spanning a total saleable area of 0.72 million square feet. In comparison, pre-sales in the corresponding year-ago quarter (Q1 FY26) stood at ₹26.4 billion across 1.62 million square feet, while total full-year FY26 pre-sales cumulative aggregate stood at ₹82.5 billion.

The company witnessed a substantial appreciation in its underlying valuation metrics, with the average sales realization climbing to ₹17,093 per square foot during the quarter. This represents an increase against the full-year FY26 average sales realization baseline of ₹15,250 per square foot.

Management attributed this upward pricing momentum primarily to the successful market launch of its ultra-luxury residential project, Tonino Lamborghini Residences, strategically situated on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Sector 71, Gurugram.

Collections, Debt Matrix, and Liquidity Framework

Operational collections and balance sheet positions net of booking cancellations shifted during the three-month period:

Collections: Total customer collections for Q1 FY27 came in at ₹6.7 billion, compared to ₹9.2 billion collected in the sequential March 2026 quarter and ₹9.3 billion logged in the year-ago period. Total full-year collections for FY26 stood at ₹40.1 billion.

Net Debt Position: The company's net debt matrix stood at ₹3.9 billion at the close of June 2026, compared to ₹2.0 billion recorded at the close of the financial year 2025-26.

Liquidity Reserves: To cushion operational needs, Signature Global continues to maintain substantial liquid cash and bank balances (including fixed deposits) totaling ₹25.22 billion as of June 30, 2026.

Company management, led by Managing Director Ravi Aggarwal, stated that the company's strong liquid buffer provides a resilient balance sheet framework to comfortably support its upcoming construction pipeline, land funding obligations, and foreseeable operational requirements.

Shares of Signatureglobal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 822.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 846.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21912 in over 573 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 845.55 and intraday low of 817.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18086774.00.
