GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals to announce FY 06 results by Mar 31, 2007

GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the audited results for the year ended December 31, 2006 are expected to be approved by the Board of Directors before the end of March 2007 i.e. within a period of three months from the close of the accounting year and as such, the Company would be announcing the audited financial results within a period of three months of the close of the accounting year.

Further the Company has also informed that it will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2006.
