Indian Gas Exchange Ltd files DRHP for IPO

Indian Gas Exchange Limited ("IGX"), an associate company of the Indian Energy Exchange Limited ("IEX"), has filed a draft red herring prospectus dated July 14, 2026 ("DRHP"), with the Securities and Exchange Board of India and BSE Limited on July 14, 2026, in connection with the proposed initial public offer of equity shares of IGX ("Offer").

The Offer comprises of an offer for sale of up to 16,710,000 equity shares by IEX, and remains subject to receipt of applicable approvals, market conditions, and other relevant considerations.

Shares of Indian Energy Exchange Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 117.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 118.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 336933 in over 4292 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 118.45 and intraday low of 116.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 39507459.00.
