Hindustan Unilever allots 335670 Equity Shares

Hindustan Unilever Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on November 23, 2009, has allotted 3,35,670 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under ESOP, post amendment vide Shareholders resolution dated May 29, 2006 is known as 'HLL 2006 Performance Share Scheme'.

Therefore, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 218,12,33,770 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,14,69,542 shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.281, up by Rs.1.55 or 0.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.281.65 and low of Rs.279.35.

The total traded quantity was 154882 compared to 2 week average of 235578.
