Jindal Stainless board recommends 80% dividend

Jindal Stainless Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2006, inter alia, has recommended 80% dividend, i.e. dividend @ Re 1.60 per equity share of Rs 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
