NBCC India Ltd has successfully sold commercial space worth Rs. 2857 crores

NBCC (India) Limited has successfully sold commercial built-up space of approx. 7.08 lac sq. ft area at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 2,857 crore.

NBCC will get marketing fee @ 1% of sale value.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 109.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 107.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 917306 in over 3921 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 109.90 and intraday low of 107.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 99812602.00.
