Garware Offshore Services Ltd receives LOA for vessel charter

Garware Offshore Services Ltd has received Letter of Award (LOA) for the Charter of one of its Vessels for a period of four (4) years plus one (1) year extension at an annual contract value of approx. INR 31.00 crores.

The said LOA is subject to final execution of a Charter Party Agreement in this regard.

Shares of GARWARE OFFSHORE SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 50.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 50.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 33499 in over 262 trades.
