Pratibha Industries secures contract of Meerut Water Supply Project from U. P. Jal Nigam, Meerut

Pratibha Industries Ltd has announced that the Company have secured the contract of "Meerut Water Supply Project" from U. P Jal Nigam, Meerut. The total value of the contract is Rs. 294.30 crores.

The project has various components, viz., (1) 100 MLD water treatment plant with PLC / SCADA, (ii) laying of 1500 mm to 500 mm dia PSC pipe feeder main, (iii) RCC overhead tank, (iv) laying & commissioning of distribution system & rising mains, (v) tube wells, (vi) pump houses etc including operation and maintenance for five years. The project is to be executed in 24 months including four months trial run.

The Company is engaged in the business of integrated Infrastructure solutions and manufacture of SAW pipes. As the Company moves ahead & have laid increased emphasis on devising its business strategy on aggressive top line growth, a de-risked business model and increased operational efficiencies.

The stock closed the day at Rs.262.15, up by Rs.40.50 or 18.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.265.95 and low of Rs.225.

The total traded quantity was 652789 compared to 2 week average of 97354.
