Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd approves further investment in Dheya Engineering Technologies Pvt Ltd

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited has approved the further investment for an amount up to ₹5.53 Crores towards acquisition of 2,625 Series Seed Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Dheya Engineering Technologies Private Limited as per the terms of Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement (SSHA) dated November 11, 2024.

This strategic investment aligns with the Company's long-term objectives of strengthening its presence in the Manufacturing Domain and leveraging synergies in product development, technology, and market expansion. The acquisition is expected to enhance operational collaboration, improve resource utilization, and create opportunities for joint innovation, thereby contributing to sustainable growth and shareholder value.

Dheya is engaged in providing innovative engineering solutions with a strong focus on the turbomachinery domain, product development, and advanced engineering services. Dheya offers end-to-end support from concept design to final delivery, including prototype development, testing, and certification of airborne subsystems. Dheya also provides manufacturing support for low to medium-scale production. Its product portfolio includes India's first indigenously designed 500N-class micro turbojet engine (DET 500), the Hydrogen Flex Fuel Micro Turbogenerator (DET 60), and the Advanced Tabletop Aeroengine Lab (ATAL™) for research and training on micro gas turbines. Dheya is incorporated in India and operates in the aerospace and energy technology sector.
