Maars Software to consider allotment of preference shares

Maars Software International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 12, 2007, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 7720000, 8% Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each at par to Bank of India.
