Greaves Cotton Board recommends dividend

Greaves Cotton Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Re 1/- per share for the Financial Year ended June 30, 2006, which makes a total Dividend for the year to Rs 7/- per shares, including three interim Dividends each of Rs 2/- per share already declared and paid.
