Lloyd Electric seeks EGM approval for raising FII limit to 74%

Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 02, 2007, has considered and approved the following:

1. Increase in the limit of investment by Foreign Institutional Investors to 74% of the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.

2. Convene an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on February 02, 2007 to approve the increase in FII limit to 74%.
