Starlite Components Declared as sick unit by BIFR

Starlite Components Ltd has announced that in response to the reference filed by the Company with the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), New Delhi, the Hon'ble BIFR vide its letter dated December 07, 2006 has declared the Company as a Sick Industrial Company in terms of section 3(1)(O) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.
