Responsive Polymers EGM approves name change

Responsive Polymers Ltd has announced that the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 30, 2006 have approved the proposal for change of Name of the Company from "Responsive Polymers Ltd" to "Responsive Industries Ltd".
