K M Sugar Mills Board recommends dividend

K M Sugar Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 30, 2006 has recommended a dividend of 15% (Rs 1.50 per share) on the equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
