Eskay KnIT approves commencement of retail business

Eskay KnIT India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 30, 2006 has considered and approved the following agenda items:

1. The Board considered and approve commencement of Retail and Hyper Market for multiple products and open retail stores on all India base.

2. Considered to create its separate brand name for the Hyper Markets.

3. Opening of Restaurants and Foods Courts in all the proposed Malls.
