Krishna Lifestyle to set up retail stores

Krishna Lifestyle Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 30, 2006, has considered and approved the following:

1. The Board considered and approved commencement of High End Retail Stores for multiple products.

2. To start restaurants / cafeteria in all the stores.

3. Considered to create its separate brand name for its Retail stores and separate brand for cafeteria.
