Essar Shipping EGM approves delisting of equity shares

Essar Shipping Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on January 02, 2007, have accorded for delisting the equity shares of the Company from Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd.
