I S T to sell investment in 2 subsidiaries

I S T Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 30, 2006 has decided to sell the Company's investment in equity shares of the following two wholly owned subsidiaries:

1. IST Steel & Power Ltd

2. Neil Builders Ltd.

Air Marshal (Retd) D Keelor, Director of the company, has been authorized to negotiate and finalize the aforesaid deal with the prospective buyers.
