Garware Offshore deploys Platform Supply Vessel of the Company

Garware Offshore Services Ltd has announced about the following:

1. Deployment of the Company's newly constructed Platform Supply Vessel (PSV), "M V Kailash", with Transocean Offshore International Ventures Ltd for 3 years has begun w.e.f. December 29, 2006.

2. B G Exploration and Production India Ltd (British Gas) has extended the time charter contract for the Company's PSV, "M V Everest" for a period of 6 months w.e.f. January 17, 2007 on the same terms and conditions.
