Mather & Platt Fire unsecured creditors approve Scheme of Arrangement

Mather & Platt Fire Systems Ltd has announced that the Unsecured Creditors at their court convened meeting held on December 30, 2006, have approved the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and its Unsecured Creditors with requisite majority.
