NTPC's Unit-I of Feroze Gandhi Unchahar Thermal project Stage III commences commercial production

National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC) has announced that the 210 MW Unit-I of Feroze Gandhi Unchahar Thermal Power Project — Stage III will commence commercial operation from January 01, 2007. With the commercial operation of this unit, the total installed and commercial capacity of Feroze Gandhi Unchahar Thermal Power Project has become 1050 MW.
