Zandu Pharmaceutical AGM approves 1:3 bonus issue

Zandu Pharmaceutical Works Ltd has announced that the members at the 87th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 26, 2006, inter ala, have approved issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:3 i.e. 1 additional equity share for every 3 existing equity shares.
