Dutron Polymers updates on rights issue details

Dutron Polymers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 28, 2006, inter alia, has transacted the following businesses:

1. Approved the final copy of the letter of offer duly approved by the SEBI in respect of issue of 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 10/- (Issue Price Rs 20/-) per Equity Share on rights basis to the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of one Equity Share for every one Equity Share held on Record Date i.e. December 20, 2006 aggregating to Rs 600 lakhs.

2. Revised the date of the Rights Issue of the Equity Shares of the Company in view of query raised by the SEBI and fixed the dates for the said Rights Issue as under:

Issue Opening Date - January 11, 2007
Last date for receiving request for split form - January 25, 2007
Issue Closing Date - February 09, 2007
