Rane Holdings Board to declare interim dividend

Rane Holdings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results (Provisional) for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 & declaration of interim dividend for the year ending March 31, 2007.
