Sobha Developers Redeemable Preference Shares due for redemption in January 2007

Sobha Developers Ltd has announced that pursuant to the terms of issue of 872,843 7% Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 100 each issued by the Company on the March 31, 2005, a sum of Rs 87,284,300 is due for redemption to the holders of such Preference Shares in the month of January 2007.
