Lanco Infratech Updates on Sasan Power Project

Lanco Infratech Ltd has announced about the following:

1. A Letter of Intent (LoI) was given by the Government of India to the Company awarding 4,000 MW Ultra Mega Power Project to be set up at Sasan in Madhya Pradesh.

2. The Company signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Jharkhand on December 28, 2006 for setting up a 2,640 MW Coal- based Power Project in the State of Jharkhand.
