Micro Inks subsidiary secures contract for US$ 3 million

Micro Inks Ltd has announced about the following:

1. Micro Inks Corporation, USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into Heatset Ink Supply Agreement for a period of one year having approximately value of US$ 3 million with M/s. St. Ives Inc.

2. The Credit Analysis & Research Ltd (CARE) has retained PR1+ (PR One Plus) rating assigned to the Company's Short Term Debt (STD) Programme [Including Commercial Paper (CP)] for an amount upto Rs 500 million for a maturity upto one year vide its letter dated December 26, 2006.
