Lakeland Hotels Board approves name change to Reliable Ventures India Ltd

Lakeland Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 26, 2006, inter alia, has also approved the change of name of the Company from "Lakeland Hotels Ltd" to "Reliable Ventures India Ltd", subject to approval of shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on January 25, 2007.
