Plethico Pharmaceuticals Board recommends dividend

Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 28, 2006, inter alia, has considered and recommended a dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs 2.50 per share for the year ended on September 30, 2006.
