Mastek to announce Q2 results on Jan 11, 2007

Mastek Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 11, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending December 31, 2006 (Q2).

2. Consider an interim dividend. If declared, January 17, 2007 has been fixed as Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The payment of dividend shall be made on or before January 24, 2007.
