Orient Ceramics EGM approves bonus issue

Orient Ceramics & Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 27, 2006 have approved the issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 5 Bonus Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up for every 4 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
