Bhagyanagar India EGM approves issue of shares to Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd

Bhagyanagar India Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 20, 2006, have accorded to the Board to offer, issue and allot 5,00,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of a face Value of Rs 2/- each at a price of Rs 40/- (including a premium of Rs 38/-), on preferential basis to the Investors mentioned below:

- Bennett Coleman & Co., Ltd - 5,00,000 No. of equity shares to be allotted
