Ritesh Industries to withdraw proposed merger of Ritesh Spinning Mill

Ritesh Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 23, 2006 has decided to withdraw the proposed merger of Ritesh Spinning Milk Ltd with the company.
