Radhe Developers EGM approves increase in authorised share capital, to issue securities

Radhe Developers India Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 22, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. To increase Authorised Share Capital of the company from Rs 26,00,00,000/- to Rs 31,00,00,000/-.

2. To authorise Board of Directors of the Company to finalise terms & conditions of issue either through Rights, Public or any other route at premium or not and to finalise and appoint various intermediate agencies to carry out the above objective.
