Hon'ble High Court, Gujarat approves Scheme of Arrangement of Arvind Mills

Arvind Mills Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad by its Order dated December 12, 2006 has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement for de-merger of Garment Business Division of Arvind Brands Ltd and amalgamation of Arvind Fashions Ltd with the Company and consequential Reduction and Restructuring of Share Capital of Arvind Brands Ltd and the Company with effect from Appointed Date i.e., April 01, 2006 filed under Sections 391 to 394 read with 78, 100 to 103 of the Companies Act, 1956. The Form No. 21 in respect of the above orders have been filed with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
