Triton Corp to acquire Maple eSolutions Ltd

Triton Corp Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 26, 2006 has decided to purchase 100% equity of Maple eSolutions Ltd from Haryana Fibres Ltd.

Maple eSolutions Ltd is a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and is in the similar line of business as that of the Company i.e. IT, ITES and BPO. It is currently running a 150 seater Call Centre at Noida (U.P.).
