1. The said article was published without contacting the company officials and the company is absolutely unaware about the source of the contents published therein.

2. Although the company is in talks with different companies for acquisition, the same has always been informed to the Exchanges so as to maintain transparency and harmony.

3. As the Company has already acquired a Power Transformer Company and the company is still interested in further acquisitions, the Company keeps on receiving offers from different quarters. However, the said news item appears to be a pure "GOSSIP" item based on the "Guess estimates" of the concerned reporter/s.
