BPCL Board declares 60% interim dividend

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 26, 2006 has declared Interim Dividend @ 60% i.e. Rs 6/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2006-07.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has fixed January 16, 2007 as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
