K M Sugar Mills Board to recommend dividend

K M Sugar Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 30, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of the Audited Annual Accounts for the Financial Year ended September 30, 2006.

2. Recommendation for declaration of Dividend.

3. Approval of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended September 30, 2006.

4. Proposal to raise the capital by way of preferential allotment of Shares / Warrants.

5. Proposal to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 20 Cr. to Rs 50 Cr.

6. Convening the Annual General Meeting for the year ended September 30, 2006.
