Core Projects shareholders approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the shareholders of the Company at their court convened meeting held on December 23, 2006, have unanimously passed the scheme of amalgamation between Software Technical Services Inc, USA and the Company.
