Infosys Technologies to announce Q3 results on Jan 11, 2007

Infosys Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 11, 2007, inter alia, to consider:

1. The audited financial results of the company as per Indian GAAP for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2006 (Q3).

2. The audited consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries as per Indian GAAP for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2006.

3. The un-audited financial results of the company as per US GAAP for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2006.
