KSPCB revokes order, Binani Industries subsidiary Binani Zinc to resume operations

With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 18, 2006 relating to order passed by the Environmental Engineer of Kerala State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) directing Binani Zinc Ltd (BZL), a subsidiary of the Company, to close all processes and operational of BZL, Binani Industries Ltd has announced that KSPCB vide their letter dated December 23, 2006 has revoked the earlier order with immediate effect and has permitted BZL to resume the operations.
